Elementary Art Curriculum
All elementary art core curriculum goals are derived from the Virginia Beach Objectives for art (VBOs). These objectives align with the state and national standards for art education. All objectives fall into four categories of art education: visual and communication production, art history and cultural context, analysis, evaluation, and critique, and aesthetics. Each lesson will have a focus on one or more of these four areas.
